The Platform is a digital business directory and discovery platform that allows businesses to create public profiles, publish business information, promote their services, advertise products, share events, and connect with customers. Users can search for businesses, services, events, promotions, and other information available on the Platform. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any related services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Our Platform operates as a technology-enabled business directory and marketplace discovery service. We provide Business listing services, search and discovery features, business profile pages, Advertising and promotional opportunities, Event listings, user engagement features, Communication tools between users and businesses. We do not Own or operate listed businesses or sell products or services offered by listed businesses neither guarantee business quality, pricing, availability, licensing, or performance nor act as an agent, representative, partner, or employee of listed businesses. The relationship between users and listed businesses is independent of our Platform.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, submitting information, browsing listings, or using any feature, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and you agree to comply with these Terms. You agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations and You understand the limitations of our role as a directory platform. These Terms apply to all users, including Visitors, Registered users, Business users, Advertisers, Premium subscribers and Content contributors To use certain features of the Platform, you must provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable laws. If you create an account on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to represent that entity. Users may create accounts to access additional Platform features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account., Keep your login credentials confidential, Notify us immediately if unauthorized access occurs.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your password with others or create accounts using false information or impersonate another person or business or create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes. Business users may create listings to promote their businesses, products, services, locations, events, and contact information. By submitting a business listing, you agree to the following Public Visibility of Business Information All information submitted through a business account may be publicly displayed. This may include Business name, Business description, address, phone number, email address, website links, social media links, photos, videos, business hours, services offered, pricing information, promotions, events, reviews and ratings By creating a listing, you acknowledge that this information may be viewed by Platform users, Search engines, Third-party visitors, Other internet users. Business users are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is Accurate, current, complete, lawful and Not misleading. You agree to update your listing promptly when information changes. We are not responsible for outdated, incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by businesses. Unless specifically stated otherwise, business listings are Created by business users themselves and Not independently verified by us neither  guaranteed to be licensed, certified, or legally operating. Users should perform their own verification before engaging with any business. By uploading content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it, the content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights. The content does not contain false claims and you grant us permission to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your submitted content for Platform operations and marketing purposes.
Users understand that businesses listed on the Platform are independent third parties. Before engaging with any business, users should verify business details, confirm pricing and availability, review terms directly with the business and conduct appropriate research. Users are responsible for their own decisions and interactions. Any transaction between a user and a listed business is solely between those parties, examples include but not limited to purchases, payments, bookings, service agreements, contracts, deposits, refund requests, delivery arrangements. The Platform does not participate in transactions or contracts unless specifically stated and does not process payments between users and businesses unless explicitly provided nor guarantee or warrantee any products or services. Any dispute must be resolved directly between the user and the business. Platform will not be responsible to any disputes, and transactions between the user and the business
A business appearing on the Platform does not mean that we recommend ,approve, guarantee, verify the business. Paid promotions, featured listings, or advertisements are promotional placements only. They do not represent endorsements. Users may submit reviews/ratings/comments/feedback/photos. Users agree that submitted content must be truthful, be based on genuine experiences, not contain harassment or discrimination and false accusations and must not violate laws.
The platform holds the right to remove any business listing or user content if it does not meet standards and rules at any point of time. Users must not submit fake business information, create fraudulent listings, post fake reviews, misrepresent identity, upload illegal content, upload malware or harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, copy Platform data without permission., scrape business information for unauthorized purposes and Spam users or businesses or use the Platform for unlawful activities.
Businesses may purchase advertising, featured listings, or promotional placements. Advertising does not guarantee customer visit, sales leads, revenue or business success. Advertising services are subject to separate advertising terms. All Platform-owned materials including Logos, Software Designs, Graphics, Text, Layout, Features are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy Platform design, republish Platform content without permission. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third party content, privacy practices, products/services, security of external websites. Users access third party at their own risk. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any business disputes, financial losses, fraud, scams, transactions between users and businesses listed on the platform.
You agree to protect and indemnify the Platform, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims arising from Your use of the Platform, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms., your interaction with businesses or users. We may suspend or terminate accounts if we believe a user Violates these Terms, Provides fraudulent information, Misuses Platform features or Creates legal risk. We may remove listings or content without prior notice where necessary. We reserve the right to Modify features, Add or remove services, Change pricing, suspend services temporarily, update these Terms.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains Information collected, How information is used, Data protection practices and User rights. These Terms are governed by The laws of the Province of Ontario, Applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
